What
are the side effects?
The injections work by causing an inflammatory reaction
to fat and fat cells, so typical symptoms of inflammation will
occur such as redness, swelling, burning, pain or tenderness. These
usually last 2-3 days. Nausea, loose stool, or increased
urination can occasionally occur. Also one should not
use a sauna for a week, or sunbathe for 7-10 days after a treatment
as it may increase hyper pigmentation at the sites of injections. |
